Financial Information and Policies

In today’s world, one thing that we have noticed is the rising cost of a college degree. This is why WCLU is committed to providing a financial policy that allows those who wish to learn, to be able to do so without going into tremendous debt. In addition, because WCLU is not accredited by the Department of Education or federal authorities, the school is not eligible to offer students Federal Financial Aid. Therefore, WCLU has chosen to charge tuition per program not per credit hour. The tuition is as follows:

Bachelor Program
$4,500.00
Master Program
$4,800.00
Doctoral Program
$6,500.00
Combined Master &
Doctoral Program

$7,500.00

Students in each of the programs should be prepared to pay their tuition costs before graduation. Students with outstanding balances at the time of graduation, will not be able to receive their diploma or transcripts until all outstanding balances are paid. Students may choose to pay their tuition bill in full at the beginning of their studies or they may agree to a clear payment plan with the finance office. Students who choose a payment plan are required to enter into an “Enrollment Agreement” with WCLU upon beginning the first class of their first term. The agreement is a contract signed by the student and the finance office that gives information on costs, rights to cancel, and the refund policy. This is to make sure that all students are aware of and understand these basic policies so as to make their time at WCLU progress effectively and smoothly. Financial plans normally require equal payments to be paid at the beginning of each term until the student graduates.

All tuition costs are non-refundable. Because tuition is based on the program and not semester hours, tuition monies are not refundable, except in extenuating circumstances. In which case, the student should speak with the Finance Office.

Tuition Payment Plan

(Interest Free)

Students may register for one course at a time if they wish or for more courses each term with an affordable 0% interest rate on monthly financing. Before registering, students are encouraged to speak with their advisor to discuss the core courses offered that term and how best to plan their courses so that they do not leave their core courses for the end of their Program. This is because core courses provide a foundation for the Program. Individuals may take up to two (2) classes without having formally applied and been accepted into a Program. However, after an individual completes the two courses, they must follow the formal admission process and enter a Program of study.

If you have questions regarding the fees, tuition, and financial policies and options, please contact Ms. Arnnitta Monk at (718) 742-0092. If you have any questions regarding technical issues or digital needs for the courses, please contact Ms. Cynthia Hurley at (718) 742-0092.
