Doctor of Strategic Christian Leadership
Through the Doctor of Strategic Christian Leadership, a 51 semester hours Program, students can hone and strengthen the leadership skills built on biblical servant leadership principles and apply these skills to a business, ministry or a non-profit organization. In addition to leadership principles, students will also develop skills in the analysis, planning, implementation and assessment of leadership and management as it relates to their own work

Evaluate key skills, resources and content needed for successful leadership.
Utilize leadership content and principles to help organizations in developing a strategic plan that will guide the organization.
Integrate biblical principles within one’s leadership context and work in order to address key issues and challenges that one may be faced.
Evaluate and define one’s personal leadership style based on theological, ethical and moral principles.
Acquire the competencies and perspectives necessary to become an effective strategic outstanding leader.
